This property is only suitable for families and is strictly NOT a party house. It is also strictly a non-smoking property. This property is one in a row of 4 connecting townhouses. Therefore, noise must be kept to a minimum out of respect for the neighbours who are very close.

Walk across the road to the shores of Lake Taupo, or take a short stroll into Town Centre to enjoy the many cafe’s, restaurants and boutique shops. This comfortable, recently renovated holiday home is the perfect place for a family escape. Downstairs offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (including the master bedroom ensuite). There is also a small private courtyard area to enjoy the sunshine! Upstairs boasts a spacious kitchen and open plan living/dining area that opens onto a deck with outdoor furniture and BBQ. You can even catch a glimpse of the lake from the deck and living area. There are 2x Queen beds and 1x set of single bunk beds. There is a parking space in the carport for one vehicle. Additional vehicles would need to be parked across the road. Please note – the stairs between downstairs and upstairs do not have a child safety gate. If you have young children, it would be our recommendation to bring a child safety gate with you. There is limited WiFi access only. The washing machine is located in the carport of the property.
